A single-player game in a genre where procedural content generation has become credible for the first time. Alpha is playable end-to-end; we're tuning the middle.
A narrow B2B service in a market where incumbents priced on human labor. We're pricing on inference. A handful of design partners are using it in production.
Past work.
A maritime logistics tool. Built in 2024, sold to a Rotterdam operator in 2025. Ran on inference where the market priced on phone calls.
A document-prep micro-service for small law firms. Licensed exclusively to a Dutch legal-tech operator after twelve months of operation.
A short narrative game prototype. Shipped to a small audience, did not warrant a sequel. Code archived.
